A: Take a deep breath, relax, and make sure that you are using the latest version of your web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari). If not, please google, download and install it. |
A: Yes. We can usually ship your order in 24-48 hours. You will receive an email with your USPS delivery confirmation number once your order has shipped. Then, USPS takes 2 to 3 days to get to you. So, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. If your order includes items that are "On Order" please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to ship. |
A: After clicking Checkout in the Shopping Cart, you will be directed to our payment processor, Paypal's, website. There the site will instruct you on how to setup an account and complete your purchase either with a credit card or funds from your new Paypal account. Please email us with any questions. |

A: On every product page are size charts for both Mens and Womens tees. Please use them. They are there to help. |
A: All returns are handled on a case by case basis. You must email us with your issue before sending us the merchandise. Only unworn, unwashed merchandise in it's original packaging may be returned by the purchaser within 30 days of purchase. Once your item arrives, we will credit your account the cost of the merchandise, minus a $5 restocking fee. |
A: We will not give away, sell, or trade your personal information to anyone else. We only store what is necessary to ship your order. We will never even see your credit card information. The transaction process takes place completely on Paypal's website so that you know your transaction is secure. |
